Adenike’s Biography

Adenike Akin-Dada is an award-winning technology consultant and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion with extensive experience delivering business analysis, product management, change and digital transformation across financial services and consulting, including with one of the Big Four.

She is a certified CBAP® professional, and certified scrum master recognised for her ability to bridge business and technology while championing inclusive ways of working. Adenike is known for her leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving initiatives that embed representation, belonging, and equity into organisational culture rather than treating them as performative outcomes.

Adenike is the founder of TechSavvyNikkie and Bryse Consulting Ltd, a
platform/consultancy dedicated to mentoring and coaching women to transition into technology and consulting for organisations. Her impact has been recognised through prestigious UK industry awards, including being
named a Diversity Champion,Women in Tech global award winner and a TechWomen100 Award Winner, celebrating her contribution to both the technology industry and the wider community.

Alongside her professional and advocacy work, Adenike is a wife and a proud mother of two boys. She is deeply committed to building a more inclusive future, not only within organisations, but for the next generation growing up watching what leadership, resilience, and representation can look like.
