Studying Business Management and Information Technology as an undergraduate, I discovered my love and interest in how technology impacts, changes and enhances the world.
Fortunately, I have been opportune to be part of organisations where I have channelled my love for technology into conducting research and analysis; and driving strategy development and implementation; on technology and development projects. I have also been involved with product development and testing, database creation and stakeholder management.
Through the Black Girls Rule (BGR) community that I founded to reach and provide support and mentorship to women in the tech industry, I have also expressed my love for technology and my fascination with innovation.
I recently completed a Masters in Digital Innovation at Loughborough University and currently building Anfaani, a wellness solution for Balck women.
Anfaani’s mission is to improve the quality of life for Black women and help them become their best selves by eliminating the stigma around mental health, encouraging self-care, and facilitating authentic conversations. Anfaani currently has a community of 200 women. We recently completed our MVP and are seeking funding to build the first version of our product.
