Mireille Toulekima is an Award-winning entrepreneur, Thought Leader, Global Energy and STEM expert, and women empowerment advocate and champion. An Engineer who gained her experience working for more than 25 years in Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia in a range of technical and leadership roles for major oil, gas, and energy companies, she is Managing Director of the Perth Australia-based company MT Energy Resources, Co-founder of Women In Energy Global (WINEG), Global Chair Engineering of the eminent and prestigious G100 Club (comprised of some of the most powerful and influent top 100 women leaders in the world), Southern Africa Regional Ambassador and STEM expert at Women Entrepreneurship Day Organisation (WEDO).

Mireille founded STEM QUEENS in Uganda and Australia (a social venture that has for objective to empower at least one million women and girls in STEM by 2025). She is the recipient of numerous international awards of which African Shapers 2021 Top 100 African Female Executives in the Oil and Gas Industry and contributes to several leadership, technical groups and boards globally. She Speaks internationally on STEM, Entrepreneurship and Leadership matters focusing particularly on women.

Mireille has authored 4 books. She has been featured on TV, Radio, Talk shows, magazines internationally.
