Keziah Soumakis is an ambitious, self-motivated individual and active mentor in her organisation. As the Compliance Controls Manager, she heads up a transformative team that drives continuous improvement across the telecommunications industry. Efficiency and utilising systems is at the heart of what they do, providing meaningful data insights to manage performance, ensuring compliance to legislation and internal process, overseeing the CDM build assurance programme and innovating to find new ways of communicating in order to reach all individuals in the field in the most effective way possible.
