Elle's story

Elle is a Senior Software Engineer at 8th Light, where she creates custom applications for companies in various industries. She transitioned to tech a couple of years ago via a non-traditional path. Prior to this career change, Elle worked in client and crisis management.

She currently works with Coding Black Females, a non-profit organisation, which aims to provide opportunities and a community in tech for Black women. Elle is a member of the leadership team, mentors, and is passionate about diversity in tech.
