My Biography

 

Dionne Campbell is Innovation and Transformation Manager at Wandle Housing Association. 

Having begun her career in IT support, Dionne has over 14 years of technical experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Server and Desktop support. Working in both public and private sectors ranging from private education, including higher education and local authority. With over 14 years’ customer service experience. Dionne has been highly recognised for her customer-centric approach, delivering outstanding customer service, her technical ability, think-outside of the box mentality and problem-solving skills. Having worked in several technical Analyst positions including Helpdesk, Technical Support, Innovation, Senior Helpdesk, and Senior Technical and Innovation Analyst. 

Dionne is a champion of change; advocating for young people to be exposed to tech. In 2015 Dionne ran a private project by approaching businesses and universities and acquired 10 PCs. Which were sent to Africa to provide local schools in villages with IT equipment. 

In her current role as Innovation and Transformation Manager at Wandle Housing Association. Dionne now focuses on helping people find innovative solutions to problems or to improve services. Dionne believes, even though innovation can be seen as disruptive it can and should have a positive impact on the business and the stakeholders. Saying that it is her job to take the customer along the journey and show them the benefits of innovation within their business. 

Dionne has a long-held ambition to provide a platform for women in IT and has worked across many areas to make her ambition a reality.
