Deborah Womack is an award-winning data-driven marketing leader. Joining EY in 2021 as an Associate Partner, Deborah leads on Marketing Transformation, Digital and Customer Data solution design within EY’s Financial Services organisation. Combining science and creativity, Deborah applies a unique perspective to problem-solving by focusing on understanding the core challenges faced by businesses today: delivering great customer experiences by building successful relationships between brands and customers in ever changing business landscapes.
Hailing from New York where she completed her Fine Art degree at Pratt Institute, Deborah began her professional life in the arts: first as a fashion illustrator on Madison Avenue then as the founder of Screen Junkies animation film production where she was a lead animator and art director on the BAFTA-nominated “1001 Nights”.
Today, Deborah lives and thrives in London where she acts as a trusted advisor to chief executives and leaders, helping them transform their marketing programmes towards tangible, valuable connections between brands and customers. Deborah has over 20 years’ strategic and operational experience delivering growth and innovation.
With a ‘people first’ ethos, Deborah drives change by mentoring individuals at all levels, igniting confidence delivering coaching and training programs – from those just starting their career to chief executives. Since 2019, Deborah has delivered her personal development workshop, “Hacking Your Confidence: Embracing the whole self” to over 200+ women, men, people living with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Beyond her full-time role at EY, Deborah is a Broad Trustee at the RNIB (Royal National Institute for Blind People) and a founding member of BRiM (Black Representation in Marketing), a new cross-industry initiative to improve the representation of Black people in marketing.
