In search of talent, Apple launched a partnership campaign in collaboration with 8 organisations focused on D&I support, which included TLA Black Women In Tech.
TLA Black Women In Tech’s expertise in developing successful communication campaigns and a very engaged community, we were able to support them to attract talent beyond their wish.
Action: Digital marketing and communication campaign over a 4-week campaign
Results: Out of the 200 applications received, 80 applicants came from TLA Black Women In Tech campaign. Therefore among 8 organisations, Apple worked with, we were able to attract 40% of the talent.
