Navigating Your Way Out Of Middle Management, Influencing Your Industry & Rising Above The Stereotype

A high number of people find themselves stuck in middle management because of the comfort it can bring as they’re able to solve low-standard problems efficiently. However, it restricts people as it doesn’t allow people to truly use their strengths and excel.

Stereotypes, unconscious bias and prejudice are the key elements that constantly restrict us to grow. It doesn’t allow for our voices to be heard, our ideas listened to and it certainly does not provide space for us to flourish.
