Software Engineering Manager

About the role

The Care-Navigation Software team is responsible for delivering software solutions to support care coordinators in their day to day tasks of helping clients achieve goals. We are looking for a passionate engineering manager to lead the team responsible for building care-navigation tools on the findhelp.org platform. The ideal candidate would have experience with non-profits or care organizations, and have technology experience leading software development teams.

 

What you bring

  • Architecture experience designing and shipping software applications.
  • 2 or more years of experience managing a software development team
  • Experience mentoring and developing software engineers
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Self directed, analytical, and comfortable working in a team environment
