Our Impact so far...

More connected black women and allies

Through our events, online communication group and social media platforms, black women and allies in tech have been able to connect with one another, and exchange knowledge and opportunities.

More representation

We are one the largest network for black women and have increased the representation of black women in the tech sector.

Job opportunities

Job opportunities, grants & programmes for entrepreneurs have been made aware and broadcasted through our network.

More black female leaders for inspiration

We brought on stage the most successful women, such as Valerie Moran,  to share their story and inspire black women and companies to lead through diversity.

Allyship stimulation and mindset shift

Through conversations, interviews and podcasts with organisations (companies and VCs), we have informed about the importance of diversity & inclusion and helped them prioritise their diversity and inclusion agenda.
