Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) amplify the unique challenge and nuances of groups at Barclays, whilst also actively contributing to the core business objectives to ensure we make the right business decisions for our clients, colleagues and communities.
The Black Professionals Resource Group creates awareness of Black culture and aims to empower all colleagues with key skills and experiences that will help them progress their careers. From panel discussions to art exhibitions, they focus on highlighting the importance of role models at work and deliver educational content with the aim to inspire all colleagues at Barclays.
