Hafsa’s Biography

Hafsa is a Healthcare Management Consultant at Accenture, who transitioned from the health and social care sector to technology, driven by her passion for digital empowerment in healthcare. 

Specialising in service and user-centred design, she focuses on digitally transforming healthcare with a people-centric approach. Her contributions to healthcare technology and D&I communities at Accenture have been recognised with multiple awards, including the prestigious 2024 Bupa Everywoman in Technology Award in the Rising Star category.

At Accenture, Hafsa co-founded the Accenture Somali Group, supporting first-generation corporate employees and promoting diversity and inclusion. She actively shares her journey with students, inspiring the next generation of tech professionals, especially young women and underrepresented minorities.
