Onyinyechi’s Biography

Onyinyechi Sophia Muo is a Product Developer, Mentor, and Educator passionate about STEM, innovation, and helping others grow. Since 2020, she has dedicated herself to developing people, building products, and shaping the future of tech education. She holds an Executive MBA and is a Foundation Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK—a reflection of her commitment to continuous learning and making a real impact.

As the Founder of Henkolu Group, Sophia is on a mission to equip young people with tech skills and support startups in bringing their ideas to life. Through her work, she has mentored individuals who have made meaningful contributions in technology and social impact sectors, whether as entrepreneurs, problem-solvers, or industry leaders.

Beyond product development and mentoring, Sophia is also refining her teaching skills as an educator at Bath Spa University while working towards her Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She believes in the power of education, resilience, and innovation and is dedicated to helping others unlock their potential in a constantly evolving world.
